How to set WebL as your Start up page in Opera

1. Open the Opera browser

2. Click "Customize", scroll to the bottom and then select "Go to full browser settings"

3. Scroll to "On startup"

4. Select "Open a specific page or set of pages"

5. Click "Add a new page"

6. Type the URL "www.webl.pro" into the box
